How to taste

1. Start with the lightest stick and let it melt slowly on your tongue.
2. Work your way up through the shades. Notice how the taste gets fresher, deeper and slightly more bitter.
3. Take a sip of water between strengths.
4. Finish with hojicha: roasted, warm and nutty after all that green.

Storage

Keep the box in a cool, dry place between 15 and 18 °C, away from sunlight and strong smells. Chocolate takes on smells easily, and light fades the green of matcha.
